Saturday, August 14, 2010 - Melia buried in the sand at Huntington Beach, CA. The sand was warm. It felt good in the cool climate.

The water was C-O-L-D!!
Getting my feet wet was enough for me!

Gavin's parents, Violet and Larry, were in town for the baptism from Utah.
On Saturday morning we went to Huntington Beach and played.

Amy bought Mikaya an exquisite dress for the occasion.
She looked like a princess, wait, she is a princess!
The dress was smocked, embroidered and bejeweled.

Mikaya turned 8 on July 7 and was baptized by her dad, Gavin, on August 14, 2010, in Huntington Beach, CA.
Pictured here is Mikaya, Gavin, Taylor and Soren.

I ran/walked the 5K race in Charleston, UT, on July 24.
The temperatures were in the 40s - pretty nippy for an AZ girl like me.
I ran with Katherine from SLC. It made it fun.

Christine, Lincoln and Amy at Chik-Fil-A in Gilbert on July 29
This was Amy's first visit to AZ since moving to CT, over two years ago, and then to CA in May 2010.
